Cui... the national dish of Peru!

Saw this guinea pig, play pen of sorts, in a restaurant in the Sacred Valley.... ironically enough, this play pen was right next to the big clay oven where they would eventually  be cooked.    I´ve not tried this Peruvian delicacy yet...
